Shipping Policy
Any order placed after noon EST will be processed the following business day. Please allow 48 hours for processing. The customer will be notified by phone or email of any out-of-stock item within 48 hours Monday-Friday. All available items will be sent out immediately. Any items not available will be placed on back-order and will be sent out as soon as possible. If you have any questions regarding your order please call +01 (804) 346-4800. Standard Shipping is UPS Ground (2 to 5 days under normal conditions). UPS will only deliver Monday through Friday. 3rd Day Select will be delivered 3 business days from the time of processing. 1st Day and 2nd Day Air will be delivered the first and second business day from the time of processing. There will be NO SATURDAY OR SUNDAY DELIVERIES! No tax will be charged to orders with billing addresses outside the state of Virginia .
