Seeking applicants for full-time, nine-month tenure track assistant or associate professor position commencing August 2013. Applicants must be competent to teach courses in hospitality organizational behavior, leadership, and management. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, specifically organizational behavior and leadership/management, developing and maintaining an active research program leading to scholarly publications, working with graduate students as a committee member or chair for their theses or dissertations; securing grants; and performing various service activities on behalf of the University and College of Hotel Administration. Hospitality industry work experience is preferred. Teaching experience is preferred but not required.
