Role of the Position
Seeking applicants for a full-time nine-month tenure-track assistant professor position with expertise in organizational behavior, leadership, and management commencing August 2014. Responsibilities include: active engagement in a research program in organizational behavior, leadership, and management leading to scholarly publications, securing research grants, and mentoring graduate students as dissertation/thesis chair/committee member; teaching undergraduate and graduate classes in organizational behavior, leadership, and management; and serving on various College and University committees; involvement in professional, community, and industry roles. The College is the largest and most diverse hospitality program in the world with about 50 faculty and 2, 800 students representing 38 different countries.

This position requires an earned doctorate in any of the following: hospitality management, organizational behavior, industrial organizational behavior, organizational communication or a related field from a regionally accredited college or university. Also required is evidence of scholarly research, publications, and research grant activity. Hospitality work experience and teaching credentials are preferred. We are interested in candidates who will bring excellence to campus via outstanding research, teaching, and service.

Salary Range
Salary competitive with those at similarly situated institutions. Position is contingent upon funding.
