Description/Primary Responsibilities: The School of Business invites applications for a tenure-track, full time, 10-month faculty position in Hospitality and Tourism. Appointments at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor will be considered. The successful candidate will participate in curriculum development and building the new Hospitality and Tourism program housed within the School.
Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must have a doctoral degree. ABD will be considered, but the degree must be completed by the effective date of the appointment. Candidates must have potential to be excellent teachers dedicated to student learning, active researchers publishing in refereed journals, and participating members of the university, professional, and local communities. Candidates for Associate Professor must have an established record of excellence in teaching, scholarly activity, and program development. Preference will be given to candidates with professional work experience, a record of excellent teaching, and a record of peer-reviewed intellectual contributions.
