Godwin-Charles Ogbeide and Robert Harrington, both from University of Arkansas; and, John Ianni, University of Guelph, for the case study:
"Leadership and Management in a Family Business Setting"
Donald G. Schoffstall, Susan Arendt and Thomas Schrier, all from Iowa State University, for the case study:
"When the Band Crashed the Wedding: A case in hotel service recovery"
The awards were presented at the 2013 ICHRIE conference in St. Louis, Missouri, USA and each winning case will be featured in issues of JHTC slated for 2014.
Many congratulations to this year's competition winners, but also to all those who submitted their case studies as well as reviewed and evaluated case studies for the competition and JHTC. Nothing would have happened without your support!
