It is time to chart a new course. Join us for Charting the Course: AI Voyages in Hospitality Education, an interactive Teaching Academy experience designed to help hospitality educators navigate the evolving landscape of artificial intelligence, authentic assessment, and student learning.
Through discussion, collaboration, and hands-on activities, participants will explore practical approaches for integrating AI into their courses while maintaining academic integrity and meaningful learning outcomes. Together, we will examine emerging trends, share ideas, and identify opportunities to prepare students for an AI-enabled hospitality industry.
Participants are encouraged to bring an assignment, project, or learning activity from one of their courses. You will leave with a redesigned learning experience, new strategies for engaging students, and actionable tools to help you confidently teach in the AI era.
