Tenured/Tenure-Track Position, Hospitality Management, All Ranks School of Business New Jersey City University
Job Summary The Department of Management invites applications for one (1) full-time tenured or tenure-track faculty appointment (at assistant, associate or full professor) commencing September 1, 2022 to teach at all New Jersey City University (NJCU) School of Business campuses including the Jersey City and Monmouth County, New Jersey campuses.
Responsibilities The successful applicant will be required to teach basic and advanced courses at the undergraduate and graduate level, will be expected to develop new programs and course offerings for the Management Department, and maintain scholarly engagement in their respective field
Education Candidates should have an earned doctorate in Hospitality Management or a related field, or provide evidence that it will be completed prior to the end of AY 2021 -22. In extraordinary cases, as determined by the University, a terminal degree may not be required.
Experience Applicants should have a strong commitment to excellence in teaching, research and service. Candidates with the ability to teach multiple course preparations are preferred as is related industry experience in a professional management position
