It aims to serve the needs of all levels of hospitality and tourism education through the presentation of issues and opinions pertinent to the field. JHTE is a refereed, premier educational journal of the International Council on Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Education (ICHRIE). JHTE Editors expect its continued growth in the future with the collective effort of JHTE editorial board members.
