We’re always encouraged to see members and partners sharing their connection to ICHRIE. To ensure our brand is represented consistently and professionally around the world, we’ve outlined a few simple guidelines for using the ICHRIE name and logo.


Use of the ICHRIE Name and Logo

The ICHRIE name and logo are important representations of our global community and brand. To protect their integrity and ensure consistent use, the ICHRIE logo may only be used with prior approval.

Unauthorized use—including by members and non-members—is not permitted.


Requesting Permission

If you would like permission to use ICHRIE’s logo in your promotional materials, website, or social media posts, please contact:

We are happy to work with you to ensure appropriate and approved use.


Acceptable Use

The following uses are generally permitted without formal approval:

  • Referring to ICHRIE in text (e.g., “ICHRIE member” or “presented at the ICHRIE Global Conference”)
  • Sharing or reposting official ICHRIE content
  • Promoting participation in ICHRIE events or programs using approved language only (without logo use)

Use Requiring Approval

Permission is required for:

  • Use of the ICHRIE logo on marketing or promotional materials
  • Creating your own ICHRIE event-related graphics or communications
  • Websites, landing pages, or digital platforms
  • Social media graphics that include the ICHRIE logo
  • Any use that may imply partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement

Prohibited Use

The following are not permitted:

  • Altering the ICHRIE and Federation logos in any way (including colors, proportions, or design)
  • Using the logo without approval
  • Incorporating the logo into other graphics or logos
  • Any use that misrepresents affiliation with or endorsement by ICHRIE

Why These Guidelines Matter

Consistent and appropriate use of the ICHRIE brand helps to:

  • Protect the integrity and reputation of the association
  • Ensure clear and consistent global recognition
  • Avoid confusion regarding official relationships and partnerships

Compliance

ICHRIE reserves the right to request the removal or correction of any unauthorized or inappropriate use of its name or logo.
