ICHRIE members will share ideas and research in the Services Management SIG for innovative services management not only in hospitality and tourism but also related industries. This SIG serves as a hub:

  • To showcase industry services management best practices
  • To facilitate service management research, task force and panel discussions
  • To support research paper presentations. 

Mission: To foster intellectual exchange of interdisciplinary services management in teaching and research.

Please join the Service Management Special Interest Group (SIG) taken place at the 2025 ICHRIE Global Conference from 3PM to 4PM on Thursday, 19 June 2025. 

You will gain insights from Dr. A.J. Singh about the Mixed Reality Simulation (MRS) for designing service management research experiments, the opportunity for researchers to test and view how MRS works (live or recorded demonstration) - an interactive demonstration, and the process and logistics of research collaboration for services management scholars with research themes and discussions.
