I am pleased to inform you that the 4th Annual ICHRIE Global Research Marathon has officially begun.
The main objective of this effort is to encourage research collaboration among our members. We are confident that we have successfully accomplished this objective over the past four years.

This year's theme is focused on ESG and sustainability, and we have partnered with the Sustainable Hospitality Alliance (SHA). The SHA has not only provided us with research questions to explore but also provided access to their members.
We have received an overwhelming response from our global membership. It is exciting to see the participation from 22% of EuroCHRIE federation, 20% from APacCHRIE, and the remaining from the U.S. members.
The orientation session, which took place on January 19, 2024, was attended by around 45 participants and was a great success. Currently, we have a total of 60 participants, divided into 12 theoretical teams and 4 practical teams, all engaged in their respective research projects.
