CoStar SHARE Center Pre-Conference Workshop 

Tuesday, 18 July from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the NAU Building at Scottsdale Community College
This location is a short 20-minute drive from the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa, the conference hotel.

There are many exciting developments with the SHARE Center.  During the workshop, we’ll provide a thorough update (and introduction if you are new) on the SHARE Center:

1. New types of data for academic research and for use in the classroom
2. New datasets for student projects, including sample portfolio data
3. A thorough overview of the CoStar Suite, the world’s largest online source of hotel and real estate data
4. Explanation of how you and your students can obtain free subscriptions to the CoStar Suite
5. Comprehensive introduction to the CHIA, celebrating its 10-year anniversary with 40,000 recipients
6. Comprehensive intro to the Certification in Advanced Hospitality and Tourism Analytics (CAHTA)
7. A review of upcoming revisions for the CHIA and the CAHTA
8. An introduction to the new Revenue Management book and certification in partnership with RevME
9. An introduction to the CoStar Real Estate Analytics certification, and a description of its utilization in hotel schools
